Purchase considerations

  1. All orders are shipped with confirmation.
  2. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
  3. All orders are shipped in the order they are received, Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm GMT+8. “In stock” items are shipped 24-72 hours after they are received. Certain items are made to order (as noted on product and detail pages) and will ship approximately five days after they are received. “Out of Stock” items are noted on GR product and detail pages and will ship as they become available.
  4. We primarily use EMS to deliver our international orders. 
  5. GR with send you a tracking # as provided by the shipping carrier, as your order ships. Please allow at least 24 hours for the EMS website to update before seeking tracking reports.
  6. Once an order ships from GR, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the EMS tracking number you are provided with as a parcel ships.
  7. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to stop the ordering process.
  1. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  2. Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within thirty days of the delivery confirmation date. Local (Taiwan) customers please return the item in 7 days.
  3. If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different finish or product. If additional costs apply for a price difference you will need to make a new order in order to cancel the previous one.
  4. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made in 3 days, promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
  5. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
  6. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
  7. We do not refund shipping costs, credit card fees or Paypal fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

    The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
    1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If you are outside Taiwan, you must return the item within 30 days of receiving your purchase; If you are a local customer, you need to return the item in 7 days after receiving the item.

  3. 所有訂單以訂購順序寄出,上班時間台灣時間星期⼀至星期五早上十時至晚上五時(GMT+8)。『有庫存』 之商品會在24至72小時內寄出。部份客製化商品於收到訂單內之五日內寄出。『無庫存』之商品會於網站 上顯示,並在商品存貨時寄出。

  5. GR網站在客戶確認購買之後會給客戶⼀組訂購編號以供追蹤訂單狀況。請於下訂單之後在GR網站上確認 訂購編號,以便查詢訂單進度,並於24至72小時後可依據訂單上之運送號碼在EMS網站查詢運送進度。
  6. 當商品離開GR之後,GR將不再負責追蹤之責任,我們無法替客戶追蹤商品運送進度,請客戶親自確認。
  7. 運費取決於商品重量以及運送地點,確認訂單的最後步驟有詳細列出運費之計算,客戶可在當時訂單狀況取消購買。
  1. 商品已破舊,使用,或更改將不接受退貨或換貨。
  2. 海外退換貨請於商品抵達30內辦理,台灣境內商品退換貨請於抵達7內辦理。
  3. 若商品保持全新狀態,則您可更換任意新的品項。若有價格上之差異,我們需要您再⼀次提供新的訂單來 取消前次不妥之訂單。除了新訂單的加購或取代外,單筆海外完全取消的訂單皆不退還 Paypal 所扣除的手續費用。
  4. 全額退費並不包含運費,GR 將在收到退貨並確認和寄出時完全⼀樣之後三日內處理退還手續。
  5. 商品在運送過程受到損傷不接受退貨,若有碰到類似事件,請向運輸公司申報。
  6. 請通知我們寄回的包裹中有哪些物品,包裹中有未先知會的物品不于接受。
  7. 退費不包括運費以及信用卡、Paypal手續費。
